The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac with excellent access to Deerfoot and nearby shopping complexes. The house backs onto a green space perfect for exercising a dog, and I am totally dog and cat friendly in the house. I am willing to consider both long and short term rental arrangements.<br>

I am looking for $1400 a month for rent, with utilities on top of that (typically $150-$200/month). One month damage deposit would also be required. The expected move-in date is between Jan.1, 2010 and Feb. 1, 2010. <br>

We are close to Confederation Park, which as 10 acres of green space including tennis courts, bike routes, and a baseball diamond.  Also, there is climbing gym just down the street. Tuxedo park is only a block away. <br>

For drivers, we have great access to Centre Street, Edmonton Trail, and Deerfoot Trail. For those on public transportation, we are a 10-minute bus ride to downtown. The bus stop is 50 metres from our front door, and the buses run every 10 minutes.  Very convenient<br>

Utilities:<br>
Utilities cost about $150 a month in winter and includes landline phone(free long distance Canada/USA), heat, and water. Could be lower if you economize.  <br>
