We have two, beautiful, newly renovated, seperate homes, next to each other in very desirable SW, Inner City, Lakeview. This is not a duplex, each house is a seperate, executively furnished home.
We also have a third home in SW Canyon Meadows, newly renovated and executively furnished..
We offer short term or longer term Shared Accomodation rentals subject to availability.
Monthly rates vary between $650 to $820 depending on what bedrooms are available and what size they are.
These rates are for a single person - sorry no couples.
The homes in Lakeview are approximately 10 minutes to Mount Royal College, Rockyview Hospital, Heritage Park, Glenmore Reservoir (fishing, biking, canoeing, sailing, hiking), parks and a half a block to the bus stop (#18,47,63). We are between Westhills and Chinook Shopping Centers and approximately 20 minutes to downtown, the University, MacMahon Stadium and Chinook Train Station.
The Canyon Meadows home is in the south west but close to everything, Rockyview Hospital, Heritage Park, SouthCenter Mall, major grocery stores, pools and Fish Creek Park. This home is only 4 blocks away from the Canyon Meadows Train Station.
All homes are houses with shared accommodations and great room mates.
These homes are clean, very nicely furnished and located on quiet streets. We have people from all over the world living with us, engineers, teachers, etc.

Rent includes a very nicely furnished bedroom with linens, pillows and towels, all utilities, cable, wireless hi speed internet, washer/dryer, locking bedroom doors and access to a fully equipped kitchen as well as the rest of the home except other bedrooms.
You must be clean, pick up after yourself and be responsible. No smoking inside or out, drinking, drugs, kids, pets, sex in the room, vulgar behavior, overnight guests, loud music, etc to respect everyone in the home. You must be working or going to school full time.
