I would like to share my furnished home with Winter Visitors / Snowbirds WITH Horses from November - April. I have 1 acre of Horse Property in Sunny AZ. My property backs up to a wash for quick access to riding trails, I am 2 miles from the new QC Horseshoe Park (Horse Shows/ Ropings/ Team Penning) and about 6 miles from the San Tan Mtn Regional Park (10000 Acres of Sonoran Desert Trails).

My place is not fancy, but it is clean and neat and I have an nice Horse Set Up and location. I will rent month to month or give a discount if you will sign at least a 3 month lease.
For a single person and one horse, I charge $700/mo with a lease, $800/month without.
For a Couple and two horses, I charge $900/mo with a lease, $1000/month without.

Rent includes Furnished Room with Queen Size Bed, All Linens, Own Bath, Use of Community Areas of House, Monthly Cleaning Lady, and Covered Stall(s) for your horse(s). I can provide Full Care (if you dont want to clean your stalls daily) and feed, but that would be extra.
