I could possible rent out the 30th as well if you wanted a longer stay--the day before New Years Eve. The cost is $175 per night. There is a huge Jacuzzi in the Master Bedroom. There are 2 Queen Beds, 2 single beds, and 1 pull out couch--it sleeps 8. the condo is approx. 2000 sq feet. All the golf courses in the area allow free cross country skiing and its a short drive to the ski hill in Panorama.

Rent our privately owned Ocean View condominium with 1 bedroom, 1 bath and sleeping arrangements for 5 adults. Our condo has spectacular unobstructed Ocean and Sunset views. The condominium complex is situated about 100 feet from the Pacific Ocean. On site you will have access to a beautifully maintained pool & hot tub, a tennis court, barbecues and poolside dining areas.

Our unit is air conditioned and completely furnished. The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave. There is also a new Bosch washer and ventless dryer in our unit.

Shopping, Grocery Stores and Restuarants are just a few blocks away.
